For more than two decades, wherever American UFC fighter Dustin Poirier has fought, he’s always had his high school sweetheart, Jolie LaBlanc, by his side.
Dustin Poirier first met his wife Jolie Poirier as high school students in their hometown of Lafayette, Louisiana. Jolie was born on 4 March 1989, to her parents Teri and Carl LeBlanc.

The couple have been married since 2009 and they have a daughter named Parker Noelle who was born in 2016. According to Dustin, Jolie has always been his biggest supporter. She has been with him since Day 1 when he started his professional MMA career, aged just 18.
“What’s beautiful though, my wife’s been there since the first fight when I was 18. Those times you asked if I ever thought about stopping, she is the one who said ‘You can’t.'” Poirier told the Below the Belt podcast.
In 2018, Jolie co-founded The Good Fight Foundation with Dustin. The Good Fight Foundation is a registered international non-profit organization that aims to help families struggling for food. According to its website, is a 100% donor-driven food bank that services an estimated 750 families weekly in 8 counties or an equivalent of 3,000 supplies of groceries per month.
While Dustin serves as the Foundation’s president, Jolie is the Vice-President and Director. In her capacity, Mrs. Poirier has played a key role in the foundation’s operations and charitable initiatives.
Jolie Poirier also helps Dustin with his food business – the Poirier’s Louisiana-style hot sauce which is in partnership with Canadian hot sauce manufacturer Heartbeat Hot Sauce.
The Poiriers also ventured into the cannabis business, launching Reap CBD a couple of years back. But perhaps Jolie’s most important role is being the mother to Parker Noelle who is now 7 going 8 years old.
