While some, like former UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov, argue their value, the Octagon girls have become part of the UFC tradition. And no matter what critics like Khabib say, they are an integral part of the success of any UFC event.

Carly Baker

Carly Baker was born in London and she began her career as a model and actress. Aside from acting and modelling, young Carly was also part of several pop groups including Holla, Mynxters, and SW1. Eventually, she landed a gig in the UFC and has been one of the most popular faces of the Octagon Girls ever since.

Her first UFC gig was UFC on Fuel TV 7 in 2013 which featured Renan Barao versus Michael McDonald. She was under the radar at first but was brought into the spotlight when fans noticed her at UFC 286 at the O2 Arena. Barker is also a qualified personal trainer.

Chrissy Blair

Chrissy Blair is a professional model who is signed to Major Model Management in New York City. The 35-year-old has done campaigns for top brands such as Guess, Sports Illustrated, and Maxim. She is also an actress who worked on several TV series like FML, The Connor Moore Show, and Sh**ty Dates. 

Prior to being an Octagon Girl, Blair worked in the private industry as a Creative Director at Sixteenfifty Creative Intelligence and graduated with a degree in Graphic Design from Flagler University. In 20126, she founded the company Kalumi whose product is an all-natural protein and beauty supplement bar. 

Jhenny Andrade

Jhenny Andrade began her career young. At the age of 6, she was a singer and model in her native Brazil. When she was 15 years old Jhenny became a presenter for TV Thathi and worked for other networks. The multi-talented Andrade was also a columnist for VIP Magazine. 

She made her Octagon debut in 2013, appearing at UFC 163 when Jose Aldo battled The Korean Zombie. In 2016, Andrade became the first Brazilian to win the prestigious Bet Ring Girl at the MMA Awards. Andrade is married to YouTuber Caio Novaes and the couple has a son. 

Brookliyn Wren

Brookliyn Wren has been an Octagon Girl since 2017. She is a model who began her career in her hometown of Anchorage in Alaska. Wren got her first break when she caught the eye of a scout during a modelling contest in Las Vegas. 

She joined the UFC in 2017 and has worked some of the promotion’s biggest events, including Khabib vs McGregor at UFC 229 in 2018. Wren posed nuder for Playboy in 2021 and has an Only Fans account. 

Red Dela Cruz

Red Dela Cruz is the first Octagon girl of Filipino descent. Born in Quezon City studied Hotel and Restaurant Management at a Philippine university. But she ended up moving to Sydney, Australia and taking a Finance-related job in the Land Down Under. Unknown to her bosses, she had already started applying as a ring girl and later quit her job in favour of being a mixed martial arts ambassadress.

 The 31-year-old began her career as a ring girl for the Pacific Xtreme Combat promotion based in Guam. She joined the UFC after winning a 2015 contest that searched for the next UFC Octagon Girl.
