The Ultimate Fighting Championship returns to our screens next month, with the huge lightweight match-up between Islam Makhachev and Dustin Poirier headlining UFC 302.
The event will take place on Saturday 1 June 2024 at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey and for Australian audiences, the early prelims are scheduled at 8:00 AM AEST while the prelims begin at 10:00 AM ET on Sunday 2 June.

Outside of the headliner and co-headliner, the order of the bouts hasn’t been revealed yet. And as you can see from the list of confirmed bouts, there isn’t too much star power at UFC 302 after the main event and co-main event. There are only 9 ranked fighters competing at UFC 302.
While the event takes place on a Saturday evening in New York, UFC 302 will happen on Sunday morning in Sydney.
The early prelims are scheduled at 8:00 AM AEST while the prelims begin at 10:00 AM ET. The main card starts at 12:00 PM AEST and the ring walks for the main event are expected to be at 2:15 PM AEST, depending on how long or short the undercard bouts last.
