Mackenzie Arnold, born on February 25, 1994, in Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia, is an accomplished Australian women’s international goalkeeper. She began her football journey in Queensland, joining the Queensland Academy of Sport and Burleigh Heads SC.

Mackenzie Arnold became West Ham United’s first signing during the summer before the Women’s Super League 2020/21 season, switching from Brisbane to East London in July 2020.

Mackenzie Arnold is in a relationship with West Ham United teammate and Scotland international Kirsty Smith, but it is unclear when the pair first started dating.

Arnold and Smith have been playing together in the Women’s Super League since 2022, when Smith joined the East London club.

Enthusiastic about the opportunity to represent her country in the World Cup, she practised relentlessly. Though they didn’t advance to the finals, she was happy with the team’s spirit. She received the FIFA Player of the Match with an injured arm resulting from catching and landing on it.

The star-studded athlete recently made headlines by signing a lucrative collaboration deal with Nike, further solidifying her status as a global icon.

She visited the Australian rugby team, Brisbane Broncos, getting familiar with their routine and understanding the pros and cons of being a rugby player. She thanked her family for always supporting and cheering her on at all her games.

Notwithstanding her busy schedule, she took some time off to explore London, UK, and Vilamoura with her partner, enjoying moments of relaxation and adventure. During her travels, she shared a memorable flight with her fellow Matildas, forging bonds that extend beyond the field and highlighting the camaraderie within the team. Despite her demanding itinerary, Arnold managed to celebrate her birthday in grand style, spanning across four different countries. The climax of her birthday celebrations took place on the fourth leg, where she reunited with her loved ones, creating cherished memories that will last a lifetime.

As a sign of support, she participated in her best friend’s Jean Campaign. She stated that she always likes to wear a pair of loosely fitted jeans when she is going out.

Kenzie got hearing aids in mid-2023. She dreaded that day but eventually did it.
